Our QSR chain, started way back in 2013 by Aparna and Raymond Andrews, a husband-wife duo who quit their corporate careers to follow their passion of being entrepreneurs stands at 40+ outlets, dishing out over 3 million delectable biryanis across NCR, Jaipur and Chandigarh every year. Our founders, having worked with top MNC’s in the financial services, brought in their learnings on process, quality and efficiency into this age old business of food.
Hailing originally from Hyderabad they really missed the original biryani in the city of Delhi-NCR, and so they would pack and carry kilos of it back from their visits to their home town. That’s when they saw how difficult it was, if one, really liked to have a great authentic Hyderabadi biryani. They either had to order it via courier or fly down to Hyderabad to taste it. Thus their passion for food and the fact that they are from Hyderabad made them solve this, by opening Biryani Blues. The mission has been to “serve great quality products, at a value for money price, delivered on time, every time!”
Biryani Blues has always focused on providing delectable Hyderabadi food, and great pains are taken to ensure the distinct rich & lingering taste that comes from authentic ‘dum’ cooking. The passion and love with which each handi of fresh biryani is prepared by Hyderabadi chefs can be felt in each grain of rice.
Biryani Blues has always been all about value for money to the customer. They buy best quality ingredients and use only premium cuts of meat, to deliver the best biryanis in town.
We are now focused on taking our happiness handis to newer geographies and will expand this coming year, already having set foot in Bangalore this October. The vision being to become the national brand of choice to a consumer so “when he thinks Biryani, he thinks Biryani Blues.”
