About Our Food
Is your biryani authentic Hyderabadi?
Absolutely. We use the traditional Dum Pukht method originating from the Nizam of Hyderabad's kitchens — whole spices, aged basmati, and slow cooking sealed in an earthen handi.
Is your food Halal?

We offer a wide range of biryanis, including Chicken, Mutton, Egg, Paneer, Soya, Mushroom, and Veg varieties. We serve both Hyderabadi and Lucknowi biryanis, along with high-protein and high-fibre brown rice biryanis.
What makes Dum Pukht cooking different?
Dum Pukht means slow-cooking food in a sealed handi over a low flame, allowing the rice, meat, and spices to cook together in their own steam — locking in every bit of aroma and flavour.
Can I customize the spice level of my biryani?
Yes, we can accommodate spice preferences for select dishes. Please mention your preference while ordering, and we'll do our best to customize it.
What are your most popular dishes?
Our signature Hyderabadi Chicken Handi Biryani, Pepper Paneer Handi Biryani, and Chicken 65 Handi Biryani are among our customer favourites.
What is the difference between half and full portions?
Our portion sizes are available in different formats: a 500 ml bowl is perfect for one light meal, a Half Kg Handi is suitable for 2–3 people, and a 1 Kg Handi is suitable for 4–5 people. Portion sizes may vary slightly depending on the biryani variant.
